RETURN CONDITIONS
Return and exchange requests for purchases made from madamenisa.com are processed via email (madamenisahelp@gmail.com) and our other communication support lines. Our company prioritizes consumer rights and post-sale customer satisfaction. Any dissatisfaction related to the products you purchased or any issues arising from production and service will be evaluated meticulously and resolved as soon as possible. To provide you with better and faster service regarding product returns from madamenisa.com, please find the necessary conditions below; unfortunately, if any of these are missing, the product return will not be accepted.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FOR RETURNS
- You must specify the RETURNING PRODUCT, the INVOICE OF THE RETURNING PRODUCT, and the REASON FOR RETURN in an email to madamenisahelp@gmail.com.
RETURNING PRODUCT
a. Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
b. The product to be returned must be delivered within 15 days as received, complete with standard accessories and undamaged.
INVOICE OF THE RETURNING PRODUCT
a. The original E-INVOICE must be sent for the return process.
b. If the invoice of the product you wish to return is in the company's name, it must be sent back along with the invoice issued by the company. A return invoice must be issued.

If you wish to return or exchange products that are unused and sent via our partner Yurtiçi Kargo, the shipping fee will be borne by you.
If the products received in our return department meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed on the day the product reaches us, taking an average of 7 business days. The time for the refund to reflect in your account is at your bank's discretion. Refunds to credit cards are generally reflected within a few days. For installment purchases, the entire refund amount will be processed by us. The installment process and the reflection of the refund amount as an additional balance each month depend on your bank. You will need to contact your bank.
SENDING THE RETURNING PRODUCT
If the returning product is sent with postage due, it will be returned to the sender.
